The refill program
Let the first burn melt edge to edge. Keep each burn under 4 hours.
When the wax reaches the burn line on the front, stop and order your refill.
Pour in hot water, wait 10 minutes, lift out the wax. Wash and let it dry a full day.
The refill seats itself in the square pocket in the floor, centered every time.
Open when the wax is gone
We cast an Adinkra symbol of the Akan people of Ghana into the floor of every piece. You can't see it while the candle burns. You find it when the last of the wax comes out, and a sealed card in the box tells you what it means. Not before. It's worth the wait.
