Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping

• We ship to US addresses only for now.
• $10 flat shipping in the US, free on orders over $125. Free pickup at our markets.
• Every order is packed by hand and ships in 3–5 business days by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Concrete is heavy and we pack it to survive the trip, marked fragile.
• Apparel is printed to order, so it ships in the same 3–5 business days.
• You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
• Double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we’ll reship it once you cover the new shipping.

Market pickup

Live near Northwest Indiana or Chicagoland? Choose pickup at checkout and skip shipping. We’ll email you the market, date and time. Pickup orders include Indiana sales tax.

Returns & damage

• Changed your mind? Unused, unlit candles and unworn, unwashed apparel and accessories can come back within 14 days of delivery for store credit. You cover return shipping, and the original shipping isn’t refunded.
• Once a candle is lit, it’s yours. We can’t take back a candle that’s been burned.
• Arrived damaged? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund it. No need to send it back.
• Wrong item or missing something? Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it at our cost.
• To start any return, email hello@kulilegacy.com with your order number. We’ll send you the return address.
• Store credit is issued once the return arrives and is good on anything in the shop.

Every vessel is cast by hand, so small air pockets, pinholes and shifts in tone are part of real concrete, not damage. See made by hand and how to care for the concrete.

Privacy

We keep what we need to fill your order: your name, email, phone, shipping address and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

If you join the Legacy List, we email you about new scents, drops and market dates. Unsubscribe any time. We don't sell or share your information.

Want your information removed? Email hello@kulilegacy.com.
